I think to eat healthy is the most important ways to keep our body health. Like me, I often eat seldom meat and eat more vegrtables in my every meals and doing exercise in everyday. That I think it make my body healthy.

I exercise once a week. such as playing basketball,mountain-climbing,swimming,dancing,reading comic book. Sleeping of enough in every holiday.I also eating fruits every day,it can relax stresses for me.
